The Origami Rocker: Homage to Frank Lloyd Wright

Art, Design, Furniture

The Frank Lloyd Wright Origami Chair (1962) was famous for its tendency to tip, especially as the sitter scooted forward in preparation to get out of the chair.  Although Wright eventually added triangular feet with metal tips to stop the problem, he never resolved the design flaw.  Sculptor SL Solarz realized that a chair with a tipping problem would make a great rocking chair!  And here it is, a one of a kind piece, updated, with a sleek fiberglass finish and an ergonomic seat.  The ultimate addition to your contemporary home.  33″h x 37″w x 45″d, White
